Do you offer a website to retrieve files?
Yes, it is password protected and you can have multiple simultaneous users.
Do I need any additional equipment or software?
No. All you need is a computer and a good connection to the internet.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Our servers are backed up continuously, remotely, and optically to ensure compliance with DOC and all governmental agencies.
How is data encrypted is it?
We use 256 bit Encryption, which is the banking industry’s standard.
Can we view our file tabs?
Yes. We scan your files exactly the way we get them. If you use tabs, you will have the same structure online and on your CD’s.
Do you change our stacking order?
No, not unless you want us to.
How many users can we have?
You are allowed as many users as you like, at no extra charge.
How long do you keep our files?
We keep the files as long as you dictate in order to meet your legal requirements. For example, most escrow companies keep there records for five years from the date of last activity. You will have access to your records online for that amount of time. After that time, the records are purged from our system.
How can we search for files?
You can search for your files by your clients’ names, file numbers, address, officer/agent or by any customer criteria that you determine.
What is the turn-around time to get the files up on line?
Our regular turn-around time is 15 business days.
If I need a file sooner than the fifteen days, can I get it?
Of course, same day, at no cost to you. We simply put a priority rush on that file. When you need it, you need it.
How do we get the files to you?
We have an in-house courier eliminating any middle men from handling your clients’ sensitive information.
How long have you been in business?
We are one of the longest standing digital archiving company in Southern California, operating since 2004, originally as Escrow Archive. Founder Guy Puckett has been in the document imaging and management arena for over twenty years.
What kind of insurance do you carry?
We carry general liability and professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance.
Are your employees background checked?

Do you charge per file size?
No. Depending on your industry we either charge by file or by box.
Do you do certified destruction of the documents?
Yes.
After scanning files, do you hold them for any length of time before shredding?
Yes we hold your documents 90 days after we recieve them before they are shred. Our competition only holds files for 30 days.
Can you recreate or reproduce a CD back up of our files?
Yes. We hold your documents for 90 days after we receive them before they are shredded.
Is there a cost for adding documents to a file after you received it?
There is no cost to append to a file.
How much training is necessary to use your system?
Training can be completed for an office in less than an hour’s time. Super easy.
